Pastors Dean and Kathy Shropshire

Pastor Dean Shropshire’s desire is for believers to understand God is for them, the Word of God works, and they can live out the abundant life that Jesus paid for them to have, if they choose.

In his spare time, Pastor Dean enjoys reading, shopping, spending time with family and friends, and cheering for the Yankees. He is committed to sharing the reality that there is always more available for the lives of those who would choose life!

Pastor Kathy Shropshire was born in El Paso, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1973 with a BBA in Accounting and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1979. She married Dean Shropshire in Hobbs, New Mexico in 1978 and has two beautiful daughters Charity and Faith, and a wonderful son-in-law Greg Kalstrup.

Pastor Kathy is passionate about the Word of God, her family, her church family, and her kids in KIDZ City! She is committed to helping the next generation walk by faith, develop spiritual disciplines, and understand the importance of being led by the Spirit of God. She is passionate about people knowing the Word of God brings healing to all flesh, that God provided healing through Jesus 2000 years ago, and desires His people to walk in divine health. In her spare time, Pastor Kathy enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, traveling, and reading.

Pastors Greg & Charity Kalstrup

Pastor Greg Kalstrup  loves the local church; it is his passion. Raised as a Pastor’s kid in Iowa, he fell in love with Jesus at an early age and the people in God’s family! Pastor Greg graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2002 where he met Pastor Charity. Pastor Greg has a heart for the men and young people of the house, whom he encourages and challenges to walk by faith. He has a heart for the lost which is evident in the way that he leads and lives. Pastors Greg and Charity are the Youth Pastors, the LIFE Intern Directors, and the Creative Pastors for chooselife.  In his spare time he likes to hang out with Pastor Charity, play music, meet new people, travel, and spend time with his family and friends.

Pastor Charity Kalstrup, at a young age had a passion for the local church because she witnessed this in the life of her parents. She graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2003 where she also met her husband and best friend Pastor Greg Kalstrup. Pastor Charity enjoys speaking and inspiring people weekly at JumpStart and she and her husband Pastor Greg are the LIFE Intern Directors, Creative Pastors and Youth Pastors. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with Pastor Greg, shopping, Christmas, traveling, and having fun with her family and friends.

Pastor Faith Shropshire

Pastor Faith Shropshire  has a passion for young adults and children, and has a way of inspiring and encouraging the next generation to serve God in such an innovative way.  She went to school at Texas Bible Institute in Columbus, Texas where she was inspired to serve God with her gifts. Pastor Faith is the director of all student ministries from nursery to high school. She is a phenomenal storyteller and speaks the truth of God’s Word in such a powerful and creative way that the messages stick. Everyone loves Pastor Faith! She is a LIFE Internship Instructor and KIDZ Pastor. She is also an instructor for DEEP Bible Training Center. In her spare time she likes to spend time with friends, family, and her puppy, Little Ms. Potts. She also likes cooking for people, traveling, and shopping.
